In Australia, new long distance hexes are available to connect far away cities that provide massive bonuses. The rugged terrain reduces your build capacity even further!

In Canada, multiple clusters of cities await your connections. Toronto provides a bonus for all railroad companies connecting there.

Both maps feature new ways in which the six railroad companies are introduced in the game!

But still… you have all become veterans of all of these obstacles, and now you need more!

 So, I offer you new layouts for the ground floor, and a new series of double tiles, which should not only accelerate development of your clinic, but also allow you to play on these more difficult floors — plenty to get you out of your rut!
