Returns Policy

What can be returned?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, faulty, or as required by law.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

When do items need to be returned by?

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

How do customers return items?

Contact us through the in-store help widget to request a return. If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Shipping for returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or we made an error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Credit for returns

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

In-store return option

We do not accept in-store returns.

Packing materials

Items must be returned with all original packaging and documentation to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect to resolve the issue promptly.
